Hudson Valley Sites is operated by SENDSTARTER LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”). When you pay through this site, you’re purchasing services from SENDSTARTER LLC.
You are purchasing a done‑for‑you service that may include some or all of the following, depending on the plan selected:
Website design and hosting
Business phone number and call/text forwarding
Basic automations for missed-call text back, forms, and review requests
Google Business Profile setup/cleanup and, on Pro/Boost plans, posting and review replies
We do not sell leads. We improve your online presence and basic follow-up.
Setup fees are billed once, upfront, and are non‑refundable once work begins.
Monthly fees are billed in advance and automatically renew every 30 days until you cancel.
By checking the box at checkout, you authorize us (via Stripe/our payment processor) to charge your card for the setup fee and recurring monthly fee for the plan you select.
Some plans include a business phone number and SMS/texting. These are billed on a per‑use basis by the underlying providers.
As of the "Last updated" date, typical usage rates are:
Toll-free phone number: $2.15 per month
Local phone number: $1.15 per month
Outbound calls: $0.0336 per minute
Inbound calls: $0.0204 per minute
Text messages: $0.0199 per segment (inbound and outbound)
These rates are set by our underlying carriers/providers and may change over time. If carrier pricing changes, your per-use rates may also change accordingly.
Wallet & auto-recharge
Your per‑use charges (texts, calls, number rental/registration etc.) are deducted from a prepaid usage wallet inside the platform. When your wallet balance runs low, it will automatically recharge by billing your card on file for a preset amount (for example, $20 or $50) so service is not interrupted.
By using our service, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your card on file for these automatic wallet top‑ups in addition to your monthly subscription fee.
You are responsible for all phone/SMS usage‑based charges (texts, calls, phone numbers and related carrier fees) in addition to your monthly fee. AI review replies and domains are not billed to you on a per‑use basis.
As part of your setup, we may purchase and configure a domain name and a business phone number on your behalf.
The initial domain purchase is covered by your one‑time $20 usage credit. After the first year, domain renewals are billed at cost and charged to your card on file or usage wallet.
At this time, domain registration and renewal costs are included in your service and are not billed to you separately as usage. If this ever changes in the future, we will update these Terms and notify you before applying new domain charges.
Domains and numbers are provisioned inside our platform accounts for technical reasons but are configured solely for your business. If you cancel service and want to keep your website or other platform assets, you may request transfer; we will make reasonable efforts to assist, subject to provider rules and any outstanding balances.
Because this is custom, done‑for‑you work, all setup fees are non‑refundable once we start building.
Monthly fees are non‑refundable once charged but you can cancel any time to stop future billing.
Usage‑based charges (including texts, calls, AI features, domains, and phone numbers) are non‑refundable once billed.
To cancel, email [email protected] at least 5 business days before your next billing date. When you cancel, service continues until the end of the paid period and then stops.
We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, calls, jobs, rankings, or revenue. Results depend on your market, pricing, sales process, and other factors outside our control. Our commitment is to deliver the services described in your plan (website, profiles, messaging setup, posting, etc.) in a professional manner.
To do our job, you agree to:
Provide accurate business info (name, address, phone, service area, etc.)
Provide access to your existing website/Google accounts where needed
Respond to our requests for content (photos, logo, etc.) in a reasonable time
Handle all actual sales, quotes, and job fulfillment with your customers
If we set up SMS or email messaging on your behalf:
All automated messages must include clear opt‑out instructions (“Reply STOP to unsubscribe”).
Standard message and data rates apply to your customers according to their carrier.
By using our service, you confirm that any contact lists you provide have been collected lawfully and that you will honor opt‑outs.
If a contact replies STOP, we will configure the system to stop messaging that number.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we’ll post the new version on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
